Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Myo For Singers website, programs, and content, provided by Balanced Aesthetics LLC, DBA Myo DIY (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.

Not medical advice

Our content and programs are educational. We are not your medical or dental provider. Information on this site does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always consult a qualified clinician before starting any new program, especially regarding tongue-tie release, myofunctional therapy, or related procedures.

Bookings, payments & refunds

• Program fees, session pricing, and scheduling are presented at the time of booking.
• Rescheduling and cancellation policies are shared during checkout or onboarding for each program.
• Refunds are evaluated case-by-case in line with the specific program’s policy. Email jessica@myodiy.com for help.

Intellectual property

All site content, course materials, videos, and assessments are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or violate any law.
• Do not share program access, recordings, or materials with non-enrolled people.
• Be respectful in any community or coaching context.

Disclaimers

The site and programs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific vocal, health, or career outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Balanced Aesthetics LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or programs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may link to third-party sites or tools for your convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms
